Description
A creamy terrine with venison, delicately flavoured with wild mushrooms and a hint of Armagnac, which you can enjoy as a starter or as a country-style snack.
ORIGIN : this product is made 5 km from the Moulin du Vivier by LA MAISON ESCUDIER, a family cannery located in the heart of Castelnaudary.
INGREDIENTS: poultry liver, venison meat 20%, pork rind, water, red wine (sulphites), egg, salt, mushrooms 2%, Armagnac (sulphites), natural flavor, spices, aromatic plants. Pork meat: French origin.
ALLERGENS: eggs, sulphites.
PACKAGING: 180g in a glass jar with a lid.
STORAGE: store at room temperature in a dry and temperate environment (preferably between 10° and 15°C).
After opening, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 2 to 3 days.
