DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Barley flour is recommended for making bread, pancakes, cakes, biscuits, etc.
It can be used alone or as a complement to other flours.
It can also be used in pastry doughs and breadcrumbs.
Rich in soluble fibre, the consumption of which can contribute to a normalisation of blood cholesterol, glucose and insulin concentrations. These fibres are therefore very interesting compounds in the nutritional treatment of cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes.

STORAGE: Store your flours in an airtight place, away from heat, light and humidity. Above 20°C, the flours may deteriorate. During hot weather, we recommend that you store your flours in the refrigerator or freezer.
